The Anode Bronze has PFC and it's passive, active PFC is implemented in more expensive PSU's normally , and you need to have PFC to sell the PSU in UK for example.

zakoupil jsem tento zdroj a když vše zapojím zdroj se zapne a potom hned vypne a furt dokola typy z manuálu jsem zkoušel a nic nějaké rady?
