Dobrý den, pokud aplikuji toto sklo na telefon, bude mi stále fungovat čtečka otisků prstů? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, po nalepení skla čtečka otisků nereaguje, při pokusu o preskenování otisku se načte jen cca 20% otisku a dal to nejde. Sklo je určeno přímo na Samsung Galaxy A50 a v popisu není nic o tom, že by čtečka prstů po nalepení neměla fungovat. Má cenu žádat výměnu, nebo sklo se čtečkou prostě nefunguje? Děkuji
