The base of the pan, made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430, is induction compatible. The latest generation ultra-durable and reinforced black textured interior and exterior coating offers extremely durable performance and high resistance to abrasion and high temperatures. The black tape handle, covered with two sheets of Vosges beech wood with a beeswax finish, is heat-resistant and makes the pan easier to handle. The riveted, ergonomic and French-curved non-removable handle of the pan ensures easy handling.
