de Buyer 6342.28 Prima Matera
de Buyer 6342.28 Prima Matera
The de Buyer 6342.28 Prima Matera pot with lid is ideal for reducing, slow stewing and cooking larger quantities of food. The Prima Matera casserole is made of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel. The copper on the outside ensures excellent thermal conductivity for perfect cooking control and even heat distribution throughout the container, which delivers excellent taste results. The stainless steel on the inside is completely safe for health and easy to clean. The low proportion of steel does not affect the properties of copper. Two firmly riveted cast iron handles make handling easier.
