This glass lid from de Buyer is designed to complement cookware from the Alchimy, Loqy and Affinity ranges. The transparent glass gives you visual control over your cooking without needing to lift the lid. The rim and handle are made from stainless steel. Thanks to its heat-resistant design, you can use it in the oven at temperatures up to 250°C. After cooking, it can safely be put in the dishwasher, making it easy to clean.

Stainless steel accessories and oven use
The de Buyer lid is made from a combination of glass and stainless steel. The transparent glass section gives you an overview of your cooking progress without you having to lift the lid. The deeper rim of the lid fits better on the pot and increases stability. After cooking, the lid can be washed in the dishwasher.
The lid is not compatible with the shallow pans from the Alchimy, Loqy and Affinity ranges.
