Dual Optics
This Dahua IP camera contains two separate lenses with a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor that work simultaneously to eliminate blind spots in the monitored area. The configuration with a fixed 2.8mm lens offers a wide horizontal viewing angle of 95°, while the second pan-tilt 6mm lens focuses on details at a greater distance with a horizontal angle of 53°. To efficiently manage data flow and save storage space, the device uses the modern H.265 compression format, which significantly reduces bandwidth requirements while maintaining high-quality recorded images.
Hybrid Illumination for Night Mode
The security system uses intelligent Smart Dual Light technology, which combines classic infrared illumination with warm visible light. In black-and-white mode, the infrared night vision of the pan-tilt lens reaches a distance of up to 50m, while the warm light, with a range of up to 40m, allows you to capture colour details the moment the camera detects a breach of the space. This hybrid concept effectively combines discreet monitoring with active illumination to obtain conclusive colour material even in complete darkness.
Intelligent AI Functions and Auto-Tracking
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms focus on the precise recognition of key objects, including human figures and cars. Thanks to Motion Detection 2.0 technology, the camera effectively reduces false alarms caused by falling leaves, insects or changes in surrounding light conditions. The pan-tilt mechanism with an AI auto-tracking function automatically follows a detected moving object within its rotation range, keeping it in the centre of the shot. When the designated zone is breached, it immediately activates a light and sound alarm.
Two-Way Audio and Active Deterrence
The camera body's design integrates both a sensitive microphone and a loud speaker, enabling full two-way voice communication in real time. This audio system not only serves for conversation with people near the camera but also functions as an active defence upon detecting unauthorised entry. In the event of an alarm, the built-in speaker can trigger a loud warning sound signal, which, along with the flashing LED spotlight, alerts the surroundings and helps deter intruders.
Storing Recorded Footage
Users have several independent methods for storing video recordings, depending on their specific security and capacity requirements. Local storage is handled on a MicroSD memory card, which can be inserted into the integrated slot that supports media with a capacity of up to 256GB. For long-term backup and enhanced data security, it's possible to use cloud storage or an NVR. The system allows you to set up recording based on the detection of unusual movement to save storage space.
Connectivity and Application
Stable network connectivity is ensured by a 2.4GHz wireless WiFi interface with support for modern standards for quick pairing via Bluetooth. For installations requiring data transmission reliability, a classic RJ-45 LAN cable port is also available. Management and remote control are handled through the official mobile application called DMSS, which is compatible with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems and offers a user interface in Czech, Slovak, and English.
