Cuisinart ECH4E Universal blender blade
The heart of the device is a double-sided stainless steel blade. Use one side with a sharp edge for chopping soft ingredients such as fresh herbs, onions, garlic or making purees. The other, blunt side, effectively grinds hard fruits. This allows the Cuisinart food chopper to process nuts, spices or coffee beans without damaging the chopping blade.

Two pulse buttons control the rotation of the blade and the consistency of the food being processed. For the preparation of emulsions such as dressings or mayonnaise, the lid has small holes. These holes are used to slowly and gradually add fluids, such as oil, to the container while the engine is running, which is key to creating the correct emulsion texture.

The BladeLock safety system locks the blade assembly directly in the work vessel. This technical solution prevents accidental dropping of the sharp knife when pouring out processed raw materials and thus increases the safety of handling. After use, maintenance is easy.
