The Cuisinart CPZ120E pizza oven is designed for the preparation of authentic 12" (30.5 cm) pizzas. It allows you to prepare traditional Neapolitan pizza in 5 minutes and other regional styles such as deep dish, Detroit style or New York style, with a choice of different ingredients. The pizza oven uses radiant heating and reaches temperatures up to 700°F (≈370°C), ideal for crispy crust and cheese filling. Active cooling technology ensures safe use inside the home - internal fans cool electronics and surfaces during and after operation. Includes a 12.5" diameter pizza stone for crispy crust, a deep dish enamel mold for specialty pizzas and a folding scoop for inserting and removing pizzas.
