In low latency mode, the adapter effectively reduces latency to about 50 ms, which is ideal for movies and gaming. High quality audio is preferred in High Quality mode, where you can enjoy scaling up to 420 kbps with aptX HD, perfect for listening to high-resolution music. Mode switching is handled by an app that can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
