There is a wide open world with a few towns where there is a long substantial list of residents' and companies' requirements posted in town halls. Take your time, because 150 different missions are waiting for your skilled work. However, you will need some help to accomplish these tasks, but do not rely on a pickaxe.
There are 15 realistic building machines waiting for you in the garage, and with them everything will go fine. You have to go through the training and learn the right procedures and controls. For example, putting concrete into unfinished foundations will certainly not be a good idea. The essence of success is the careful planning of each operation. A good boost would be using the co-operative game mode for up to four players. There is also an interesting missions editor with which you can proudly display your ideas to the whole community.
