Recommended dosage
Melatonin FORTE ORIGINAL:
1/4 tablet 1× daily before bedtime. Take the tablet with a sufficient amount of liquid. The daily dose contains 0.49mg of melatonin.

MELATONIN HERBS + L-Tryptophan, B6, B1 spray:
1 spray into the mouth. Recommended use is 2 hours after a meal.
