Recommended dosage
MAGNESIUM CHELATE + B6:
1 capsule daily. Take with a sufficient amount of water.
Melatonin FORTE ORIGINAL:
1/4 tablet once daily before bedtime. The tablet should be taken with a sufficient amount of liquid. The daily dose contains 0.49mg of melatonin. Only take before your planned bedtime, as it may cause drowsiness.
