A wide range of connection options
This electric piano also keeps pace with current top-of-the-range models when it comes to connectivity. The following connections are available: 2× headphone sockets, one of which mutes the internal speakers for undisturbed practice; USB for connecting the piano to a computer; and MIDI input and output for controlling external devices such as synthesisers. With the cinch (RCA) audio inputs and outputs, you can either connect external devices like CD players, MP3 players, etc., or connect the instrument to an external amplifier. To help you keep the right rhythm and tempo while practising, the DP-230 also has a built-in metronome. Both the tempo and the time signature of the metronome can be adjusted as needed. With the DP-230 digital piano, you have three pedals at your disposal, just like on an acoustic grand piano, which you can use to influence the sound.
