The Cayin RU3 headphone amplifier is a powerful USB DAC (Digital-to-Analogue Converter) that efficiently converts digital audio data from your computer, phone or tablet into a high-quality analogue signal for your headphones. The amplifier is built on the flagship ESS ES9069Q HyperStream IV chip, which guarantees clear and detailed sound without distortion. Thanks to the Quad Balanced Drive architecture (2× TI OPA1602 + 2× SGM8262), two power modes (HYP/STD) and a high output of 560mW, the amplifier can power any IEM or portable headphones without excessive load or overheating. Controlling the amplifier is made easy with a 0.96" IPS display and a mobile app featuring a 10-band parametric equaliser, which lets you easily adjust the gain and playback volume (in 100 steps). The Cayin RU3 headphone amplifier is compatible with Mac, Android and iOS systems.

The Cayin RU3 amplifier boasts a high-quality aircraft-grade aluminium body with compact dimensions (60×25.4×11mm) and a weight of just 24g. The device is equipped with a 0.96" colour IPS display with a customisable user interface, which clearly shows playback information and other operational data. The RU3 amplifier is available in three elegant colour finishes (black, cyan and purple).

The Cayin RU3 offers two selectable power modes: HYP and STD. Hyper mode (HYP) provides full power with extended dynamics, while Standard mode (STD) offers stable performance with lower power consumption. This flexible setup ensures optimal performance with consistent sound quality, whether you connect the amplifier to a smartphone or a computer. Thanks to the modern ESS ES9069Q chip and a low phase noise crystal oscillator, you can enjoy high-quality and clear Hi-Fi sound with minimal distortion.
