A key feature of the Cayin N6III player is its second-generation modular architecture, which lets you easily swap out the audio board (containing the DAC and amplifier) without any tools. This ensures the device's longevity with the option to repeatedly replace the board with a more powerful model. The board can be ejected simply by pressing the buttons on the sides of the device. The Cayin N6III is equipped with the CS201 board, which uses an 8× Cirrus Logic DAC configuration and offers several output options: a 3.5mm line-out, a 3.5mm headphone output, and a 4.4mm balanced headphone output.
A Snapdragon 8-core processor ensures the system runs smoothly
The Cayin N6III player is powered by a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octa-core processor, which, along with 6GB of RAM, ensures smooth system operation, a fast UI response, and seamless music streaming. The device also features 128GB of internal memory and supports micro SD cards up to 2TB, providing enough space for even very large music libraries.
Premium sound quality with sophisticated volume control
The C201 sound card is fitted with eight DAC chips that handle fully balanced audio signal processing with the highest possible resolution. The result is excellent transparency, depth stratification, and dynamic sound performance with full bass and enhanced mids and highs. The Cayin N6III boasts a balanced sound profile with a slightly warm touch, which combines musicality with a pleasant listening experience. For fine and precise volume adjustment in 100 steps, it uses a cascaded resistor ladder with four passive Nisshinbo NJU7231524 chips.

Compared to the previous model, the Cayin N6III player is equipped with a larger 4.97" display that offers better readability and easier operation. Despite the larger screen, the device maintains its compact dimensions, so you can easily carry it in your pocket and operate it with one hand. You will also appreciate the elegant rounded sides, which provide a more comfortable grip and improve the overall ergonomics of the device. On the right side of the player, in addition to the large rotary volume dial, there are also practical buttons for pausing playback and skipping tracks forward or backward. The controls have gold trim, which adds to the device's appeal.
High-capacity battery with fast charging capability
Thanks to optimised hardware and software, the Cayin N6III player stands out for its energy-saving and efficient operation. The device is equipped with a powerful 3.8V battery with a capacity of 9000mAh, which provides it with enough power for up to 14.2 hours of playback without needing to be recharged. With support for fast charging, it only takes two hours to recharge the battery from 20 to 80 percent. The included USB-C cable is used to charge the battery.
