Induction cooking
The CANDY CII647CCAR induction hob combines modern technology, intuitive touch controls, and flexible settings for convenient everyday meal preparation. A clear user interface makes it easy to control the individual cooking zones and adjust their power to your current needs. Heat is generated directly in the base of suitable cookware by an electromagnetic coil under the ceramic glass surface. The energy is only activated on contact with compatible cookware, which promotes efficient, comfortable, and safe cooking.
Power Management – variable connection according to your home's circuit breakers
The Power Management function lets you adapt the hob's maximum power input to your home's electrical system. The total power input can be set in a range from 2.5 to 7kW, and the connection to the circuit breaker can be adjusted according to the selected value. This means you can use the hob safely even where the available power is limited, without overloading your electrical network.
Booster – increases the cooking zone's power
All four cooking zones are equipped with a Booster function, which can increase the power to maximum for a limited time. This intense heat brings water to the boil faster, heats up pans, and prepares dishes that require high temperatures. It helps you cook more quickly and efficiently.
Pause function
