Daily ritual with CBD oil
CBD oil should be used for back pain, muscles or head, in times of increased psychological stress, before or after physical activity, as well as part of the daily routine in the morning, afternoon or evening. Oil is pipetted directly under the tongue, left for 60 seconds and then swallowed. For an adult, the recommended initial dose is 0.25 ml, a maximum of three times a day.
