Cafetto Evo cleaner thoroughly cleans espresso machines. It dissolves quickly. It effectively removes coffee oils, deposits and stains, improving the taste and aroma of your espresso. It is odourless, biodegradable, and free from phosphates, chlorine and GMO ingredients. It is gentle on the internal components of the coffee machine. You can use Cafetto Evo cleaner for daily maintenance as well as for cleaning group handles and filters. The package also includes a measuring scoop for easy dosing.

Instructions for use:
Remove the regular filter basket from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter. For daily cleaning, add 1 level scoop of EVO to the group handle. If you clean less frequently, use 2 scoops. Insert the group handle back into the coffee machine as if you were making an espresso. Start the cycle for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner. Stop the cycle and leave it for 10 seconds. Repeat this cycle (10 seconds on, 10 seconds off) four more times. Remove the group handle and rinse it thoroughly under the stream of water from the group head. Turn off the coffee machine. Re-insert the group handle with the blind filter and run a short rinse cycle 10 times: 5 seconds on, 2 seconds off. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter basket. Brew one espresso and discard it to “re-season” the machine and remove any potential aftertaste.
