BOSCH PXV831HC1E Serie 6 with PowerBoost
The hob offers the PowerBoost function, which significantly increases power and speeds up heating. It's ideal for quick cooking or bringing large amounts of water to the boil up to 35% faster than at the standard highest power setting.
Front-bevelled edge – elegance in every detail
Subtle lines and clean shapes give the kitchen a sophisticated look that is not only aesthetic but also fully functional.
Pause function for stress-free cooking
The BOSCH hob lets you use the Pause function at any time. Simply pause the heating and lock all the buttons if you're interrupted while cooking by a visitor, a phone call or a quick clean-up. After up to 10 minutes, you can safely and conveniently resume cooking without having to start over.
QuickStart function for an instant start to cooking
With the BOSCH PXV831HC1E, cooking is fast and intuitive thanks to the QuickStart function. The hob automatically detects the position of your cookware and selects the corresponding cooking zone, so you can start cooking immediately and conveniently set the desired heat level.
ReStart function
Thanks to ReStart, the BOSCH hob automatically saves the last setting in case of a boil-over or unexpected shutdown. After cleaning the hob, simply press a button to restore the previous settings and pick up cooking right where you left off.
Timer with automatic switch-off function
After the set time, the cooking zone switches off automatically, so you don't have to watch every minute. The BOSCH hob ensures the heating ends safely, letting you concentrate on preparing your food without having to think about switching it off.
BOSCH hob with a practical child lock
The hob is equipped with a child lock that prevents it from being switched on accidentally. A single long press of the button activates the lock, ensuring that children or careless family members can't turn on the hob by mistake.
Induction cooking technology
The BOSCH hob uses induction technology, which generates heat directly in the cookware, not on the hob itself. This results in faster cooking, up to 20% energy savings, and greater safety.
