Huge capacity in the two-tier BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer
The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual offers a total of 12 litres of space divided into two separate 6-litre baskets. The two-tier design uses space efficiently and, according to the manufacturer, takes up 47% less worktop space compared to a side-by-side solution with the same capacity. Yet it can still prepare a large amount of food for the whole family.
Prepare a whole meal up to 60% faster
Two separate baskets allow you to cook different dishes at the same time in the BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer. The SYNC function times both baskets so that the different parts of the meal are ready at the same time. Need to prepare a larger quantity of the same dish? The MATCH function sets the same parameters in both baskets. Bosch states that a complete meal can be prepared up to 60% faster.
The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer offers automatic programmes and custom settings
The touchscreen control makes it easy to select the right mode. The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer has preset programmes for preparing different types of food, as well as a MyFry function where you can save your own favourite settings. The practical Defrost, Reheat and Keep Warm modes expand the fryer's uses. The SHAKE function alerts you during preparation when it's time to shake the basket to ensure the food cooks evenly.
NextGen heating for exceptionally crispy results
The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer features NextGen technology, which combines a separate fan and an infrared heating element in each basket. This allows hot air to reach the food efficiently and evenly. Temperatures of up to 230°C help to create a distinctly crispy and golden crust on meat, chips or other dishes, while they can remain juicy on the inside.
Prepare up to four dishes at the same time in the BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer
Two additional racks in the BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer allow you to make even better use of the internal space of both drawers. You can stack dishes on top of each other and prepare up to four different portions at the same time. The design of the racks also leaves enough space for hot air to circulate, so that the individual layers can be evenly cooked and crispy.
Ceramic surface of the BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer
The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual Air Fryer uses a durable ceramic non-stick coating on the frying basket and grill rack, which is free of PFAS, PFOS, PFOA and PTFE. This makes food easy to release and also helps to prevent it from sticking and burning. The ceramic design also makes subsequent cleaning easier.
Crispy food with minimal oil
Want to enjoy your favourite fried foods with less fat? The BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual fryer allows you to prepare food with up to 95%* less oil compared to classic deep frying. This way, chips, chicken wings or other favourite dishes can be crispy without a lot of oil.
*Compared to traditional deep-frying methods.
Cleaning without unnecessary scrubbing
The removable basket and rack of the BOSCH MAFD661B4 Serie 6 Dual air fryer make daily maintenance easier. You can simply rinse the individual parts under running water or put them in the dishwasher. This eliminates tedious manual cleaning after preparing your meal.
