The elegant BerlingerHaus frying pan from the Ebony Rosewood collection is made of forged aluminum and features a new granite-marble non-stick surface. The pan is designed for preparing pancakes and is suitable for electric, halogen, gas, glass ceramic and induction hobs. Thanks to the turbo induction bottom, heat is distributed evenly and efficiently, so food does not burn . With a 3-layer non-stick marble surface, it is suitable for cooking with minimal fat.

Instructions for use before first brewing
After removing all labels , wash the pan thoroughly with a mild detergent and warm water, then dry with a soft towel. Lightly coat the surface with vegetable oil and wipe off the excess. The step helps maintain the non-stick properties of the surface.
Cleaning and maintenance instructions
After cooking, let the pan cool to room temperature – do not cool it with cold water. Use mild detergents and a soft sponge . Avoid abrasive productsand metal scouring pads that could damage the surface. The pan is dishwasher safe, but to maintain its long life, we recommend hand washing.
