The origins of the Boucheron jewellery workshop date back to 1858, when the French jeweller Frédéric Boucheron registered the company. The company gradually shifted its focus to making luxury jewellery, which was given to, for example, the British royal family, the Russian tsarist family or the Egyptian or Jordanian royalty. In addition to necklaces, rings and tiaras, watches were added over time and in 1988 the first fragrances were introduced. Today, more than 22 men's and women's perfumes have been created under the Boucheron brand, whose bottles bear a visible trace of their origins in luxury jewellery.
