It also contains native chicken collagen, the mineral zinc and vitamin C, which contributes to the proper formation of collagen and the proper function of bones and cartilage. Recommended dosage
Children from 3 years and adults take 1 capsule per day. We recommend taking with or after meals. Wash down with plenty of water. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
