Recommended dosage
Adults and individuals aged 15 and over should take 1 tablet once a day, preferably in the morning or forenoon. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.

This product is not intended for children and adolescents under 15 years of age, or for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. Do not take this product concurrently with anticoagulants (blood-thinning medication).
