Active ingredients
- A potent blend of up to 6 herbal extracts from carefully selected herbs of lemon balm, valerian, hops, passionflower, lavender and Chinese tea tree (green tea). What should you know about tryptophan and melatonin in general?
A tryptophan-containing product may initially induce a feeling of arousal after taking it, as tryptophan is the starting substance for the production of serotonin. Its chemical transformation in the dark produces melatonin. If the body has sufficient levels of tryptophan in the blood, the natural production of serotonin and thus melatonin is ensured. A product containing melatonin should be taken at least half an hour to an hour before sleep. Recommended dosage
Adults take 1 capsule daily half an hour to 1 hour before bedtime. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with plenty of water. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Storage
