Barny's REGENERATING COMPLEX Bones, Hair, Nails is a combined mineral and vitamin food supplement in powder form, designed for daily replenishment of selected nutrients. The product is aimed at restoration and regeneration of the organism and is suitable as a supplement to a varied diet for adults and children from 6 years of age. The practical powder form allows easy dosing and dissolving in water. The package contains 325 g of powder. The basis of the formula is Aquamix Sea Complex, a naturally created blend of minerals derived from the red seaweed Lithothamnion calcareum. This complex contains bioavailable calcium (approximately 80% in the form of calcium carbonate) and more than 70 other minerals. Calcium is a natural part of the mineral complex and is contained in a natural form.

- Zinc, which contributes to the proper synthesis of DNA and proteins, the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of healthy bones, hair, nails and skin.

- Vitamin D, which contributes to normal blood calcium levels, proper functioning of muscles and the immune system, and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 scoop of powder dissolved in water 1 time per day.
Children from 6 years old:
Half dose.
Use the measuring cup included in the package. The preparation is washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid.
