The inside is coated with a Xynflon non-stick surface, based on PTFE, which prevents the dough from sticking. Thanks to its non-stick properties, the vánočka is easy to turn out after baking. The mould is also very easy to clean.

The Banquet CULINARIA vánočka mould consists of 0.4mm thick carbon steel. Its inner part is covered with a Xynflon non-stick surface based on PTFE. This layer has non-stick properties that prevent the dough from baking on and make it easy to turn out the finished vánočka.
