The AVIDE COB premium LED strip is a lighting solution that uses COB (Chip on Board) technology to create a continuous line of light with no visible dots. This five-metre strip emits a cool white light and, with its IP44 rating, is suitable not only for indoor use but also for outdoor areas protected from direct rain. Installation is made easy by the self-adhesive backing, which lets you attach it to smooth, clean surfaces.

Continuous light thanks to COB technology

Unlike older SMD strips, this LED strip uses COB (Chip on Board) technology, which places the LED chips very close together. The result is a continuous line of light with no distracting gaps or visible light dots. This makes the lighting appear seamless. A Colour Rendering Index of CRI 80 ensures that the colours of objects under the light look natural and undistorted.

Installation and durability

The back has a self-adhesive layer that adheres to most smooth, degreased surfaces. With an IP44 rating, the strip is protected against splashing water from all directions. This enables its use both indoors and in covered outdoor areas. A lifespan of up to 25000 hours contributes to long-term, reliable operation.
