Avide LED strip 24 W/m waterproof cold white 5m

The water-resistant AVIDE LED strip is 5 metres long and provides a cool white light for indoor and outdoor use. With an IP64 rating, it's protected against splashing water, which means it can be installed on terraces or in damp areas. The strip contains 600 LEDs with a luminous flux of 12000 lumens and a lifespan of up to 25000 hours. Installation is made easy by the self-adhesive backing, which allows for quick attachment to smooth surfaces. It requires a 24V power supply to operate.

Flexible indoor and outdoor installation

With an IP64 rating, the LED strip is protected against splashing water from all angles, expanding its potential uses. You can safely install it not only in dry interiors but also in damp areas. It is also suitable for outdoor use in places where it will not be directly exposed to rain. Installation is made significantly easier by the self-adhesive layer on the back of the strip, which ensures quick attachment to smooth, clean surfaces.

Bright light for workspaces

With a light temperature of 6400K, the strip emits a cool white light that is similar to daylight and helps with concentration. This makes it suitable for illuminating workspaces. With a total luminous flux of 12000 lumens, it provides uniform illumination along its entire five-metre length. The Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 80 Ra guarantees that the colours of illuminated objects look natural and without distortion. The LED chips support a lifespan of up to 25000 hours of operation.

Recommendations for an optimal lifespan

To ensure cooling and extend the life of the LED chips, installation in aluminium profiles is recommended. The profile not only dissipates heat but also protects the strip from mechanical damage and can serve as a diffuser to scatter the light. To operate the strip, you must use a mains power supply with a 24V output voltage, capable of delivering a minimum of 120W. This strip has an energy rating of F. The AVIDE brand is known for using components that contribute to its reliability.
