The Mellet tailgate gas strut is an essential part of the boot opening mechanism and must always be kept in top condition. This gas strut features an ejection force of 460N. Cold weather is the biggest issue for old struts, as it causes them to lose their lifting power. This model is compatible with Fiat STILO cars.
