Thanks to the maximum positive effects, the effect of the cleaner also translates into reduced fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. Cetane number improves by up to six units due to the cleaner. This strengthens corrosion protection and eliminates algae growth in the fuel tank. JLM Diesel Injector Cleaner is an important addition to conventional fuels due to tightening emissions regulations. In addition, the functioning of the engine is improved and possible repairs are avoided. One packet of JLM Diesel Injector Cleaner is sufficient for up to 70 litres of diesel, with the smallest recommended dose being one 250ml packet of cleaner per 40 litres of diesel.
