Energising effect
Astina SuperMag B6 MALATE contains an organic, easily absorbable form of magnesium (magnesium malate 1,000mg). This form has an energising effect, so it is recommended to take it in the morning. Magnesium combined with vitamin B6 helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, support the nervous system and mental function, and contributes to normal protein synthesis. Magnesium also contributes to normal electrolyte balance and muscle function.

Magnesium malate; bulking agent: calcium carbonate; stabiliser: potassium citrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium; tablet coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (coating), tablet coating firming agent: polyvinyl alcohol; pyridoxine hydrochloride; anti-caking agent: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Recommended dosage
2 to 3 tablets in the morning.
