The ARAVEN PP GN 1/6 airtight anti-allergy gastronorm container with a 2.6L capacity identifies and distinguishes food for customers with allergies or food intolerances from other containers, in order to separate and protect it from possible contamination by substances that could cause an allergic reaction. A special permanent label is used to identify the allergen on the airtight container. The airtight lid has a channel that allows partial air extraction from inside the gastronorm container, reducing food oxidation and extending its life by up to 25%.
