APC Back-UPS Pro Gaming, 2200 VA, 1320 W, Tower, 230 V, 4 × Schuko and 2 × IEC C13

You've probably already experienced a power supply interruption minutes before you wanted to save your work. The unsaved work is irretrievably lost, and you must start from scratch. Such uncomfortable (to put it mildly) situations can be forestalled by the APC Back-UPS Pro Gaming, 2200 VA, 1320 W, Tower, 230 V, 4 × Schuko and 2 × IEC C13 uninterrupted power supply (UPS). In principle, this hardware is just a premium battery backup that provides power for all devices that need electricity. The APC Back-UPS Pro Gaming, 2200 VA, 1320 W, Tower, 230 V, 4 × Schuko and 2 × IEC C13 UPS has the Line interactive design approach. Off-line is classified as the most basic form in case of a black-out, since it connects to the battery and disconnects from the mains power. The line interactive UPS also adds data line surge suppression to guard against dangerous surges and spikes.

APC Back-UPS Pro Gaming, 2200 VA, 1320 W, Tower, 230 V, 4 × Schuko and 2 × IEC C13 Backup Power Supply Key Features

Type of backup power supply: Line interactive
Actual performance: 1350 W
At maximum load, the UPC will run for 0,47 min
2 sockets (C13), as used for monitors, printers, or amplifiers
4 Schuko power plugs

A key attribute is the battery run time. This depends on the power consumption of the connected appliances – for example, at half-load (50%), the battery backup time will be three times longer. The load of the backup source governs the operating time, which at full load is 0,47 min and at a load of 50%, it's 4,17 min. It is therefore crucial to determine the energy consumption of the connected electronics and it is a good idea to have a bit of energy extra left. The APC Back-UPS Pro Gaming, 2200 VA, 1320 W, Tower, 230 V, 4 × Schuko and 2 × IEC C13 shows the apparent power as 2200, but in reality, the actual power usage is 1350 W.
