By setting the correct height, you won't slouch at your desk and you'll be able to stretch your back, neck and muscles throughout your body while you work. Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also promotes natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at the desk. Although most of us sit while working, the ability to easily change our working position brings significantly greater comfort throughout the day.
Including Tabletop
The AlzaErgo Table ET2 height-adjustable desk comes with a 120 × 80 × 1.8cm AlzaErgo grey oak tabletop. The top is made of high-quality E1 grade chipboard and its edges are protected by PVC strips, which contributes to a long service life and greater durability in daily use. The surface is resistant to impact, scratching, abrasion and stains, and is also very easy to maintain—it can be cleaned with standard cleaning products without any worries. The tabletop is not pre-drilled, but the screws are included in the package and you can handle the assembly with common tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling the holes).

You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET2 using the push-button control panel with a display showing the current height and other additional information. It includes a handy timer to remind you to change your working position, so you can fully concentrate on your work while ensuring regular movement. There is also a memory to store the three most frequently used heights. You only need to set the height manually once, save it, and then you don't have to worry about anything for future changes. You can also select the units (centimetres or inches).

The smooth height adjustment of the AlzaErgo Table ET2 in the range of 73–123cm is handled by a powerful motor that will certainly not disturb you with its operation. Its noise level reaches a maximum of 50dB. Just press the desired button on the control panel and you don't have to worry about anything else. An essential safety feature is the Collision Avoidance System with 5 levels of adjustable sensitivity, providing protection against accidents and injuries. Motor protection against overheating and overloading is a matter of course.

The steel construction guarantees high stability and durability. Among other things, the AlzaErgo Table ET2 boasts a load capacity of 80kg with even loading. Four height-adjustable feet allow the desk to be perfectly levelled, even on uneven surfaces. Cables won't get in the way thanks to the practical cable management system.
