This means that besides standard monitors, you can also mount certain types of TVs – for example, if you want to use an older TV as a work or multimedia screen. Thanks to the detachable VESA plates, mounting the monitor itself is also much simpler and faster – first attach the plate to the screen and then slide the entire assembly onto the mount arm.
