For unpredictable weather, the jacket includes a lightweight and packable removable waterproof liner with two-layer lamination. High-breathability construction

The ZACA AIR VENOM WATERPROOF jacket is constructed from a combination of several materials that work together to provide protection. The base is a 3D stretch mesh, which is located on the chest, back, and underarms. This mesh allows air to flow freely, ensuring a high level of breathability, and is ideal for riding in the summer months. Exposed areas feature panels of 450D abrasion-resistant polyester. Integrated stretch softshell inserts in the chest, shoulder, and neck areas provide flexibility.

Comprehensive protection system

The jacket focuses on safety. External shoulder protection is provided by DFS LITE protectors, while internal protection comes from removable Level 1 certified NUCLEON FLEX PLUS shoulder and elbow protectors. The jacket is fully compatible with TECH-AIR®5 and TECH-AIR®3 airbag systems, expanding your protection options. The entire product meets CE Category A certification, which demonstrates its protective properties for motorcycle riding.

Comfort and a custom fit

The jacket is equipped with several features for a customised fit. The pre-curved sleeves are designed for the riding position. You can easily adjust the waist width and sleeve circumference using the hook-and-loop straps. The extended back section provides better coverage. It also includes a removable hood, which has an air-flow channel to prevent it from inflating. Two external zipped pockets are available for storing small items.
