The ALPINESTARS AUSTRAL GORE-TEX motorcycle boots are designed for year-round riding on roads and light terrain. Thanks to the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane, they keep your feet dry and comfortable in the rain and in warm weather. The upper combines microfibre, artificial leather and durable PVC panels to ensure protection and flexibility. Safety is taken care of by integrated ankle protectors and a reinforced heel and toe. PRIMALOFT® insulation provides thermal comfort on colder days.

Certified protection and durable construction

Safety is a key element of these boots. The integrated panels in the ankle area are made of a dual-component material that absorbs impact energy. The heel is protected by an outer panel of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which increases resistance to abrasion and impact. A reinforced construction in the toe area protects your toes from injury. The entire boot meets strict European standards, as evidenced by its CE certification to EN 13634:2017. You can rely on a proven level of protection on every ride.

Comfort in all weathers

Whether you're riding in the rain or on a sunny day, your feet will stay comfortable. This is thanks to the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane, which prevents water from getting in, while allowing sweat to escape. For riding in colder conditions, a layer of PRIMALOFT® insulation is used in the instep and toe area to effectively protect against the cold. A removable anatomical insole made of EVA memory foam, which adapts to the shape of your foot, enhances comfort when walking and riding.

Practical fastening and a stable sole

The fastening system combines classic laces with a large hook-and-loop strap. The laces allow you to tighten the boot precisely to the shape of your foot, while the hook-and-loop strap ensures they are quick and easy to put on and take off. This system also secures the laces so they don't come loose while riding. The anti-slip rubber sole has a special tread for a secure grip on footpegs and on wet surfaces. The integrated reinforcement in the sole also provides support and stability when walking.
