The Alpinestars T-GP R 3 DRYSTAR® men's textile jacket in size XL is designed for sports riding. Its sports fit with pre-curved sleeves combines polyester fabrics with technical stretch and softshell for a high degree of mobility. The jacket features a waterproof and breathable DRYSTAR® climate membrane to protect you from the elements. For riding in colder conditions, it is equipped with a removable PrimaLoft® thermal liner. Safety is handled by both internal and external protectors.

Materials and sports fit

The cut of the T-GP R 3 DRYSTAR® jacket uses body mapping, giving it the look of a leather sports jacket but with the flexibility of a textile. The outer shell is a combination of 450D and 600D polyester fabrics, complemented by panels of technical stretch and stretch softshell. This combination of materials provides great freedom of movement and adapts to the rider's position. The pre-curved sleeve construction reduces fatigue on longer rides and contributes to overall comfort.

Comprehensive protection system

The jacket is equipped with a comprehensive protection system that meets Class A certification. The shoulders feature external DFS Dynamic Friction Shield protectors, which disperse energy on impact. Internal protection is provided by NUCLEON FLEX PLUS shoulder and GP-R LITE elbow protectors, both Level 1. To increase the level of protection, the jacket is ready to be fitted with NUCLEON series two-piece chest protectors and back inserts. Reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions.

Weather adaptability and comfort

The multi-layer design allows the jacket to adapt to different weather conditions. The DRYSTAR® membrane is both waterproof and breathable, protecting you from rain while wicking away moisture. For riding in the cold, there is a removable PrimaLoft® thermal liner with hollow fibres, which has a higher grammage (100g/cm²) on the chest and a lower grammage (80g/cm²) on the sleeves for optimal thermal comfort without restricting movement. In warm weather, you will appreciate the direct ventilation system with waterproof zips in the underarms and laser-cut perforations on the back.
