The ALPINESTARS T SP-5 RIDEKNIT men's motorcycle jacket in size XXL is designed for city riding during the summer season. It combines high abrasion resistance, thanks to its polyester textile, with flexibility provided by the RIDEKNIT® knitted fabric stretch panels. The jacket is fully prepared for use with the TECH-AIR®5 airbag system and includes certified elbow and shoulder protectors. Breathable mesh panels ensure comfort in warm weather and improve air circulation.

High level of protection

The jacket meets the requirements for CE certification level AA, confirming its high durability. Safety is taken care of by the internal removable NUCLEON FLEX PLUS elbow and shoulder protectors. To further enhance protection, the jacket is ready for the insertion of NUCLEON back protectors. External DFS LITE shoulder protectors serve as an additional layer against abrasion in this key zone. Strategically placed reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions.

Airbag-ready with modern materials

The jacket's construction is fully adapted for use with the TECH-AIR®5 airbag system. The RIDEKNIT® stretch panels play a key role, strategically placed to allow the airbag to deploy safely while providing freedom of movement during normal riding. The main part of the shell is made of a highly abrasion-resistant polyester textile, which protects the torso and arms. This combination of materials offers a functional blend of safety and flexibility.

Comfort for everyday riding

For riding in the summer months, you'll appreciate the extensive mesh ventilation areas in the underarms and on the back, which ensure airflow. Comfort is also enhanced by a low-profile collar with an inner breathable lining. The jacket offers plenty of storage space with two outer pockets, two inner pockets, and one waterproof inner chest pocket for documents or a phone. You can easily adjust the waist width using the tightening straps.
