The Alpinestars Boulder Gore-Tex motorcycle jacket in size XL is designed for year-round touring and enduro riding. Thanks to its three-layer GORE-TEX laminate, it provides 100% waterproof protection while remaining breathable. A removable Primaloft® liner, which can also be worn as a separate jacket, takes care of thermal comfort. Certified protectors and compatibility with TECH-AIR®5 airbag vests ensure your safety. The cut, featuring stretch panels and a wide range of adjustment options, contributes to comfort on long journeys.

Protection from the elements

The core of the jacket is a polyamide outer shell, onto which the climate membrane is laminated. This three-layer GORE-TEX laminate provides 100% waterproofness and breathability, while preventing the outer layer from soaking up water. For riding in hot weather, the jacket is equipped with a Direct Multi Ventilation system with large panels on the chest and back that can be fixed in an open position using magnetic tabs. In colder conditions, the removable Primaloft® thermal liner will keep you warm, featuring 80g/m³ insulation on the body and 60g/m³ in the sleeves, and can also be worn on its own.

Safety first

The Alpinestars Boulder jacket provides a high level of protection. It includes removable, CE-certified NUCLEON FLEX PRO elbow and shoulder protectors. The package also includes a KR 2i back protector that meets the CE level 2 standard. Panels of abrasion-resistant SuperFabric® material are stitched onto the most exposed areas. The jacket is fully compatible with TECH-AIR®5 airbag vests and is prepared for inserting a chest protector. Reflective elements improve visibility in low-light conditions. The entire jacket meets CE certification class AA.

Ergonomics and practical details

The cut guarantees comfort even on long journeys. The pre-curved shape of the sleeves and stretch panels in the underarms and on the forearms allow for freedom of movement. You can adjust the waist circumference using the internal kidney belt, and adjust the width of the shoulders, forearms and cuffs with hook-and-loop straps. The jacket has two front waterproof pockets, one large back pocket, and an internal chest pocket. The jacket features a raised collar, the option to route a hydro-pack hose, and a perimeter zip for connecting to Alpinestars trousers.
