Allnature Psyllium ORGANIC 300g

Psyllium husk has the unique ability to swell and expand, meaning even a small amount fills your stomach and creates a feeling of fullness. As psyllium absorbs excess fluids, it forms a gel-like substance that acts like a piston, gently sweeping away harmful waste products created in your stomach and intestines during digestion. Psyllium is non-habit-forming, highly gentle, and does not irritate your stomach or intestinal walls. It is also highly recommended for anyone who cannot tolerate fibre from dried fruit, whole grains, or bran due to a sensitive digestive tract. Psyllium is also suitable for a gluten-free diet as it is naturally gluten-free.
