Green barley contains many vitamins and minerals. The body receives these substances in their natural form when taking young barley and not synthetically produced. Young barley contains a number of amino acids, including essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must take them in the diet. Chlorophyll is a unique green dye that plants use to extract energy from sunlight and use it further. Green barley contains a high concentration of this green dye. Nutritional values and composition
100% Organic young barley leaf powder 200 g. It does not contain gluten, lactose or milk protein.
Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 teaspoon aligned (i.e. 1.5 g) 2 times a day.
Children from 3 years:
1/2 teaspoon (i.e. 0.75 g) 1 time a day.
Mix in 150 ml of cool still water (children in 100 ml). Drink on an empty stomach, ideally 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. When dosing, use a dry spoon and close the cap tightly immediately.
