Use and Maintenance of ZWILLING Knives

For perfect results, use ZWILLING knives for a particular purpose - there is a range of different sizes, blade shapes, and cutting edges are available. When using the ZWILLING PURE slicing knife, cut on a wooden or plastic mat. Never use glass or granite boards that can dull the blade. We recommend hand washing and then immediately wiping dry with a cloth. Store the PURE knife away in a safe place (to avoid accidental injury) while protecting the blade from damage by other tools. If they are together in the same drawer, use a blade cover.
