ZEPPELIN 1GB DDR2 800MHz CL6

This DDR2 1GB memory module clocks at 800MHz and is designed for the most powerful motherboards. The memory works with frequencies up to 400MHz (800 MHz DDR2) with CL6 timing. The nominal operating voltage of the memory modules is 1.8V and the maximum theoretical data throughput in single-channel mode is 6.25 GB/s. Using a dual-channel mode, it rises the theoretical data throughput up to 12.5GB/s. Compared with DDR1 memory, there is reduced power consumption, higher data throughput and it can be clocked at a higher frequency, thus dramatically increasing performance.
