The Xavax alarm can be hung on a handbag, backpack or a key ring with a keychain. The decorative heart-shaped design allows the Xavax alarm to be worn as a pendant or an accessory and is always at hand. The alarm is activated by pulling the chain with a metal pin and deactivated by pushing it back. Xavax is very loud, and there is a risk of hearing damage when activated.
