The main topic of the expansion is the battle between the Alliance and the Horde. Both factions will strive to gain new territories, recruit new races, and accumulate precious azerite.

The expansion offers ten new fractions, new areas, dungeons and raids, co-op scenarios for three players, a new Heart of Azeroth mechanic, and a lot of new story background for fans of this monstrous universe.
