The Fit Meter is a convenient accessory that helps you monitor your daily activities. Apart from counting your steps, the gadget boasts acceleration and atmospheric pressure sensors, measuring intensity and altitude changes respectively.
The built-in display allows you to see how many calories you burn throughout the day. You can also put your activity in perspective by connecting your Fit Meter to the Wii U controller and see the statistics on a big screen. There are also challenges that you can do with your friends or family members, such as Walking and Altitude Challenges, both of which track your daily steps around famous locations all over the world, e.g. Mount Everest and more. And since you can have up to 12 profiles on one Wii Fit U game, it’s easy for everyone to track their activity with their own Fit Meter. Even the family pet can get involved – with their activity measured in special "doggie units."
