Weider Premium 80 plus is a product with 4 types of proteins, namely casein, milk isolate, whey concentrate and egg albumin, thanks to which it contains up to 24 g of protein in 1 serving. In contrast, it contains only 2.1 g of carbohydrates and less than 0.5 g of fat.
Vitamin B6 and calcium are also found in Weider Premium 80 plus protein. This is a powder that you just mix with liquid. The 500 g pack is enough for 16 servings and its lemon and cottage cheese flavour tastes great too.

Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 serving, mix one scoop of protein (30 g = 2 tablespoons) in 300 ml of water or milk and take 1 to 3 servings per day, depending on your daily protein intake. Suitable to take after training and as a last meal before bedtime.
