Weider Premium Whey is a whey protein consisting of up to 23 g of protein in 1 serving. These include high amounts of the amino acids BCAA and L-glutamine. In addition, it contains the active substances globulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, beta-lactoglobulin, immunoglobulin and glycomacropeptides.
The protein is produced by a low temperature microfiltration process. This is a powder that you just mix with liquid. The 500g pack is enough for 16 servings and its chocolate and nougat flavour is also great.

Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 serving, mix one scoop of protein (30 g = 2 tablespoons) in 300 ml of water, juice or milk and take once a day, preferably in the morning and immediately after training.
